CHANGE IN DIRECTORS
Due to the increasing size and complexity of the Group`s activities, additional
resources and skills are required to meet the Group`s ongoing needs.
A review of these needs by the board of directors ("the Board") has resulted in
the role of General Manager: Group Finance being created which Mr R Owens has
volunteered to fulfil. Mr Owens has therefore resigned as a director of the
Company with effect from 6th April 2009.
Mr J Wellsted has been appointed to the Board as Group Financial Director
effective 6th April 2009. Before accepting the appointment Mr Wellsted was the
Head of Acquisitions and Special Projects for the Group.
