M M Cobben 14 138,125 (including 22,703 Deferred Shares)

Note: the Vesting Awards, being of 173 Shares for each of Messrs Cobben, Daly,
Fell and Gray have been reported as a beneficial interest since they were
granted (or date of appointment as a PDMR whichever is appropriate) and these,
together with the dividend shares awarded on 3 April 2009 are retained by the
Trustee of the Plan for the Participants.
Therefore, the increase in each Participant`s beneficial and family interests is
the award of the dividend shares with the exception of Mr M M Cobben who, at the
time of the Vesting Awards, sold 84 Shares to cover tax liability. His total
beneficial and family interest after both the above transactions is 138,041
