DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT ON SATRIX 40 ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES

With reference to the distribution announcement, the Managers and Trustees of
SATRIX 40 (STX40) have declared a Distribution in the form of a dividend of
11.80 cents per Satrix 40 security payable to ordinary shareholders, recorded in
the books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 3 April 2009.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Distribution Securities,
STXIDC, will receive a SATRIX 40 distribution in the form of a dividend of 11.80
cents per security per ordinary share to ordinary shareholders on Wednesday, 8
April 2009, in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the Supplement
between the holders and Investec Bank Limited.
