CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

shareholders are advised of the following changes to the Company board of
directors:
Mr. Thomas Nel has been appointed to the board as a non-executive director with
effect from 07 April 2009.
Dr. Robin Mills Petersen has been appointed to the board as a non-executive
director with effect from 07 April 2009.
Ms. Emila Casaletti Page has been appointed to the board as a non-executive
director with effect from 07 April 2009.
Mr. Paballo Makosholo has resigned from the board as non executive director with
immediate effect on 08 April 2009.
