Linked unitholders are advised that, on 7 April 2009, Ngatana Property
Investments (Proprietary) Limited ("Ngatana") disposed of 212 Redefine
linked units at 660 cents and 876,937 Redefine linked units at 656 cents
(with a total value of R5,754,105.92). The family trust of which Dines Gihwala,
who is the non-executive chairman of Redefine, is a trustee and of which his
immediate family members are beneficiaries, holds an indirect 20% interest in
Ngatana.
