SALE OF MANUFACTURING SITE AND RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the previous cautionary announcements, shareholders are advised
that ChemSpec has concluded the sale of its Canelands manufacturing site for an
amount of R 130,000,000. The detailed terms and conditions and financial effects
of this transaction will be announced shortly. Accordingly, shareholders are
advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the company`s securities
until a full announcement is made.
