CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE
Robert Fraenkel has resigned as a director and employee of Control Instruments
with immediate effect.
Until a new Group financial director is appointed, Surica Barnard, Company
Secretary and Group financial manager, will report directly to Richard Friedman,
Group managing director.
An announcement in respect of the appointment of a new Group financial director
will be made in due course.
