modifications to the audited results published on SENS on 31 March 2009. Notice
is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the company will be held at
10h00 on Wednesday, 12 August 2009, at the Glenhove Conference Centre,
52 Glenhove Road, Melrose Estate, Houghton, Johannesburg, to transact business
as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting.
