CHANGE OF AUDITOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.86 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE, it is
required that the auditor of a listed entity has to be accredited with the JSE.
The Company`s current auditors, van Dyk & Associates has yet to receive
accreditation from the JSE up to date. Accordingly, the Company has appointed
Ngubane Zeelie Inc, as its Auditor, with immediate effect.
