LISTING ON THE MAIN BOARD OF THE JSE LIMITED AND RESULTS OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT
AND PREFERENTIAL OFFER
Java Capital is authorised to announce the results of the private placement and
preferential offer of ordinary shares in the company.
Pursuant to the private placement, 7 742 700 ordinary shares have been placed
with select investors at R5,00 per share, as follows -
- 4 262 700 issued ordinary shares were sold by shareholders for an aggregate
amount of R21 313 500; and
- 3 480 000 new ordinary shares have been allotted and issued for cash by the
company for an aggregate amount of R17 400 000.
Pursuant to the preferential offer, 71 200 ordinary shares have been placed with
independent financial advisors at R4,00 per share which ordinary shares were
allotted and issued for cash by the company for an aggregate amount of R284 400.
Accordingly, 39 641 323 ordinary shares in the company will be listed on the
Asset Managers sector of the Main Board of the JSE Limited ("JSE") with effect
from the commencement of trade on the JSE on Monday, 20 April 2009. The shares
will trade under the abbreviated name "Efficient" with the JSE code "EFF" and
ISIN: ZAE000133286.
