VOLUNTARY DISCLOSURE OF DEALING IN SECURITIES BY BEE PARTNER
Shareholders are referred to the Circular to Shareholders, dated 15 November
2005, relating to the Black Economic Empowerment ("BEE") transaction, which
requires the BEE parties to utilise all distributions to acquire additional
ordinary shares in Discovery in the market. Shareholders are accordingly advised
of the following purchases of Discovery ordinary shares by one of Discovery`s
BEE partners, WDB Discovery Investments (Pty) Limited ("WDB Investments"):
25 March 2009:
- 169,200 @ R24.2228 per share. Value of transaction: R4 098 497.76
15 April 2009:
- 273 @ R26.75 per share. Value of transaction: R7 302.75
