CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that RACEC has entered into negotiations with Solethu
Investments (Proprietary) Limited ("Solethu"), a Black owned investment company,
which if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price of
RACEC`s securities.
Solethu has a 50% stake in RRL Grindrod (Proprietary) Limited, a company
specialising in rail logistics and complementary rail services.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in
RACEC`s securities until a further announcement is made.
