CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that Tshidi Nyembe has resigned as Financial Director
of Faritec, with effect from 30 April 2009, in order to pursue other career
interests.
Shareholders will be advised on the appointment of a suitable replacement in due
course.
The board thanks Tshidi for her service and wishes her well in her future
endeavours.
