Shareholders are advised that the annual general meeting of Cyberhost for the
year ended 30 June 2004 will be held at 10:00 on Thursday, 22 June 2006 in the
boardroom, Arcay House, Number 3 Anerley Road, Parktown, Johannesburg and that
this will be followed by the annual general meeting for the year ended 30 June
2005, which will be held at 10:30 or immediately after the preceding meeting,
whichever is the earlier.
