LIFTING OF SUSPENSION AND WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT                 
The board is pleased to announce that the JSE Limited ("the JSE") has agreed to 
lift the suspension of trading in Cyberhost`s securities listed on the JSE with 
effect from the opening of the market on Wednesday, 24 January 2007.
