RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the board of directors announces the resignation of Jan Brand from the board of
Cyberhost with immediate effect. Jan will be emigrating to Australia, and the
board of directors would like to thank him for the immense contribution he made
to the company, and wish him well in his new venture.
The board of directors of Cyberhost are also pleased to announce the appointment
of Wilfried Voigt ("Wilfried") as the new financial director to the board with
immediate effect
Wilfried holds a Hons B Eng (Industrial) degree from the University of
Stellenbosch and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of
Cape Town and is registered as a Chartered Accountant with the South African
Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Wilfried`s career covers a broad spectrum disciplines in the engineering as well
as financial fields. He started off his career as an industrial engineer during
which he gained experience in, inter alia, quality assurance, logistical support
and feasibility studies. Subsequently he qualified as a chartered accountant
and gained further experience in financial management and feasibility studies
across a broad range of industries, combining his engineering and financial
skills. He was self-employed as an auditor from 2005 up to October 2007 when he
joined the Queensgate group of companies as the chief financial officer.
