NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual report for the year ended 31 August 2007 has been posted to
shareholders and the results of the company have not changed from those
previously published on SENS and in the press.
Shareholders are advised that the annual general meeting of Cyberhost will be
held at 10:00 on Friday, 29 February 2008 at Arcay House, Number 3 Anerley Road,
Parktown, Johannesburg for the purpose of conducting the business as stated in
the notice of Annual General Meeting forming part of the 2007 Annual Report.
