RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING RELATING TO THE CHANGE IN NAME OF THE COMPANY AND
INCREASE IN AUTHORISED SHARE CAPITAL
Following the announcement on 21 February 2008 relating to the proposed change
in name of the company and salient dates thereof, shareholders are advised that,
at the general meeting of Cyberhost held on Monday, 11 February 2008, the
resolutions relating to the approval of the change of name of the company to
Queensgate Hotels and Leisure Limited and the increase in authorised share
capital were unanimously passed. The special resolutions will be submitted to
the Registrar of Companies for registration in due course. Any amendment to the
salient dates from those previously published, will be announced on SENS and in
the press.
