RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the board of directors announces the resignation of Martin Deon van Rooyen from
the board of Cyberhost with immediate effect.
The board of directors of Cyberhost would like to thank Deon for the immense
contribution he has made to the company, and wishes him well in his future
endeavours.
