We advise that as all references to "Mvelaphanda" in the announcement should
have been references to Mvelaphanda Holdings (Pty) Limited and not to
Mvelaphanda Group Limited. Mvelaphanda Group Limited has no involvement in the
acquisition as referred to in the announcement.
