Further to the announcement on 28 November 2008 detailing the audited results
for the financial year ended 31 August 2008 shareholders are advised that the
audited results for the year ended 31 August 2008 (prepared in accordance with
IAS 34 - Interim Financial Reporting) have been prepared in accordance with
accounting policies consistent with International Financial Reporting Standards
and with those applied in previous periods.
The auditors of the company are RAiN Inc and the unqualified audit opinion is
available for inspection at the company`s registered office.
