SALIENT DATE CHANGES IN RESPECT OF THE RIGHTS OFFER
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement of 26 March 2009 in terms of
which it was announced that the board of directors of Zeder ("the Board") had
resolved to proceed with a renounceable rights offer of approximately R500
million ("the rights offer"). Shareholders should note that although the Board`s
position has not changed, and the rights offer will proceed, the salient dates
and times as previously announced have been amended. Shareholders will be
advised as to such revised salient dates and times as soon as possible.
