PARTIAL DE-LISTING OF NEWGOLD DEBENTURES ("DEBENTURES")
NewGold has, from commencement of business today, de-listed 2 800 000
debentures. The de-listing is as a result of the redemption of approximately
27,502 fine troy ounces of gold bullion. Following the de-listing there will be
92,836,300 NewGold debentures in issue.
