TRENCOR`S TEXTAINER ANNOUNCES DATE FOR RELEASE OF FIRST QUARTER 2009 RESULTS

"Hamilton, Bermuda, April 21, 2009 (Business Wire) -- Textainer Group Holdings
Limited (NYSE: TGH) ("Textainer"), the world`s largest lessor of intermodal
containers based on fleet size, today reported that it will announce results for
the first quarter ended March 31, 2009 at 9:00 am EDT on May 6, 2009.
