Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of SA Corporate
held at the registered office of the company on 23 April 2009, all the
resolutions were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders. Shareholders
are also advised that no nominations were received for Ordinary Resolution 2.3
relating to the election of any other director duly nominated.
