CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of TCS hereby notifies its shareholders that Mrs Francina
Elizabeth Jonker ("Ina") has been appointed as Financial Director with effect
from 24 April 2009.
Ina assumes the role of Financial Director following the resignation of Mr Mark
Reichenberg who has accepted a position abroad.
Ina joined the company in 1986 as a junior accountant. She was subsequently
promoted to senior accountant and in 1994 was promoted to the position of
financial manager. Ina holds a BCompt degree which she obtained from the
University of South Africa in 2003.
