In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements
notification is hereby given of the appointment of Elmar Grobbelaar, CA (SA), to
the board, as a non executive director, with immediate effect. Elmar will also
be appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee.
Elmar has a wealth of experience in finance and auditing.
