Resignation of Designated Adviser
Zaptronix wishes to advise that QuestCo Sponsors (Pty) Limited ("QuestCo
Sponsors") has resigned as Designated Adviser to the company with effect from
31 May 2009 as the business interests of QuestCo Sponsors and Zaptronix are no
longer aligned. The company is in the process of appointing another
Designated Adviser.
In terms of section 21.33 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, should
such an appointment not be made within ten days after 1 June 2009, the JSE
Limited ("JSE") may suspend trading in the company`s securities and, if after
a further month an appointment still has not been made, the JSE may terminate
the listing of the company.
