CIRCULAR AND NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING

detailing the disposal by Dorbyl of the property situated in Korsten, Port
Elizabeth, to Slip Knot Investments 777 (Proprietary) Limited for a total cash
consideration of R36 million ("the Transaction").
Shareholders are hereby advised that a circular, dated 14 April 2009, containing
details of the Transaction and notice of a general meeting, convened for
Tuesday, 5 May 2009 at 14h00 at First Floor, Ou Kollege, 35 Kerk Street,
Stellenbosch, was posted on 14 April 2009.
