Further to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 17 March 2009,
shareholders are advised that the Company is still in negotiations with China
National Geological and Mining (HK) Ltd, which if successfully concluded, may
have a material effect on the price of the Company`s shares. Accordingly,
shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the
Company`s shares until a full announcement is made.
