REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS
At the 92nd (ninety-second) annual general meeting of the shareholders of Delta
held today, 30 April 2009, all the ordinary and special resolutions proposed at
the meeting were approved by the requisite majority of votes.
The special resolutions will be lodged for registration with the Companies and
Intellectual Properties Registration Office (CIPRO) in due course.
Change to the board
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the following
information is disclosed:
Mr P.L. Campbell has retired as an independent non-executive director from the
Delta`s board with effect from today, 30 April 2009.
