MEETING AND THE FORM OF ACCEPTANCE AND SURRENDER
Ambit unitholders are referred to the notices published on SENS on 16 April
2009 ("the notices") and the Ambit scheme circular posted to Ambit unitholders
on the same date ("the circular"), in respect of the scheme of arrangement in
terms of section 311 of the Companies Act, 1973 (Act 61 of 1973), as amended,
proposed by ApexHi Properties Limited ("ApexHi") between Ambit and the Ambit
unitholders (other than ApexHi).
The postal code for Ambit`s transfer secretaries, Computershare Investor
Services (Proprietary) Limited was incorrectly stated in the notices and the
circular. The correct postal address is PO Box 61763, Marshalltown, 2107.
In addition, in respect of certificated Ambit unitholders, the postal address in
the form of acceptance and surrender was incorrectly stated. Certificated Ambit
unitholders are advised to ensure that the form of acceptance and surrender is
posted to the correct postal address as set out in this announcement. A letter
to this effect will be sent to all certificated Ambit unitholders.
