RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the general meeting of Bonatla shareholders
held at 09:00 on Monday, 4 May 2009, the ordinary and special resolutions
proposed in the Notice of General Meeting contained in the circular to
shareholders dated 11 April 2009 were all passed by the requisite number of
shareholders. The special resolutions will be registered with the Registrar of
Companies forthwith.
Application shall be made to the JSE for the lifting of the suspension of the
trading in Bonatla shares from the opening of business on Monday, 11 May 2009.
Shareholders shall be updated as to when the suspension is lifted.
