RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised that Mr Paul van Heerden has resigned as a
director of the Company with effect from 30 April 2009.
The board would like to thank Paul for his contribution to the Company over the
past three and a half years and wishes him success in his future endeavours.
The board is in the process of identifying a suitable candidate to assume the
role of Financial Director of the Company and an announcement in this regard
will be made in due course.
