SPECIAL DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE TKG SHARE
INSTALMENT - REVISED DATES
Notice is hereby given of a date change for the special dividend amount payable
for TELKOM SA LTD and that as a result of the date change the Trustees of the
Share Instalment Trust have declared a special dividend amount of 1900 cents per
TKGNNB share instalment that is payable on Monday, 1 June 2009.
The last day to trade cum special dividend is Friday, 22 May 2009. The share
instalment will commence trading ex special dividend from Monday, 25 May 2009
and the record date will be Friday, 29 May 2009.
