Termination of agreement
Reference is made to the announcement dated 3 March 2009 and the subsequent
announcement dated 3 April 2009, in which shareholders where advised that AMAP
had entered into an agreement to dispose of a property held by Tedelex
Properties (Atlantis) (Pty) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of AMAP.
Shareholders are hereby advised that the agreement has been terminated as a
result of the conditions precedent not being fulfilled.
