ERRATA: ANNUAL REPORT 2008
Shareholders are advised that the note to Directors` Share Options as
reflected on page 90 of the Spescom Limited Annual Report for the year ended
30 September 2008, incorrectly reflects that Ms L Ogilvy held 320,000 share
options as at 30 September 2007. Ms Ogilvy has at no time held any share
options in the company.
