Pretoria Portland Cement is proud to announce its top position in the cement
supplier category in the Professional Management Review (PMR) annual South
African survey.
PPC was rated the number one cement supplier to the construction industry and
building material retailers in South Africa. This was confirmed at a function
held on 8 April 2009. The award was contested by all four of SA`s major cement
producers.
PMR conducted 118 interviews with representatives from construction companies
and buyers at building material retailers between November 2008 and February
2009. All cement producers were rated on various attributes viz. consistently
fulfilling orders and delivery promises; flexibility and responsiveness;
price; quality and range of products.
