NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are reminded of the Annual General Meeting of the Corporation
to be held on 28 May 2009 at 10h00 at Highveld Steel and Vanadium Corporation
Limited, Board Room, Administration Building, Old Pretoria Main Road,
eMalahleni.
The Corporation`s 2008 Annual Report containing the audited annual financial
statements for the year ended 31 December 2008 was posted to shareholders on 30
April 2009 and contains no modifications to the condensed reviewed results which
were published on 13 March 2009.
Subsequent to the release of the condensed reviewed results, Highveld announced
the entering into of an effective 26 per cent black economic empowerment deal
relating to Mapochs Mine. Additional disclosure relating to this announcement
is contained in the Annual Report.
