DISPATCH OF CAPITEC ANNUAL REPORT AND NO CHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the annual report containing the audited annual
financial statements of Capitec for the year ended 28 February 2009 ("Capitec
2009 annual report") is being dispatched to shareholders today and contains no
modifications to the audited results which were announced on SENS on 1 April
2009. The annual report will be available online on the Capitec website
(www.capitecbank.co.za) from 6 May 2009.
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
We herewith confirm that the annual general meeting of shareholders of Capitec
will be held at 12:00 on 29 May 2009 at the Venue at Webersburg, Webersburg
Wines, Annandale Road, Stellenbosch to transact the business set out in the
notice of the annual general meeting contained in the Capitec 2009 annual
report.
