FULFILMENT OF CONDITION AND CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the circular to DNR Capital shareholders issued on
1 September 2008 (the "circular")and are advised that the outstanding condition
permitting the exercise of the put option granted to Abalengani Platinum
Holdings (Pty) Ltd ("Abalengani Platinum") to dispose to the company and the
call option granted to the company to acquire the remaining 50% of the entire
issued share capital in and all of Abalengani Platinum`s claims on loan account
against each of Abalengani Mining Investment (Pty) Ltd and JB Platinum Holdings
(Pty) Ltd (as more fully detailed in the circular)has been fulfilled.
Whilst the aforesaid put and call options are available to be exercised during
the period which commenced on 1 May 2009 and which will end on 31 October 2009
(on the terms set out in the circular), these terms are currently under
discussion as between Abalengani Platinum and the company. The company and
Abalengani Platinum have agreed that pending the outcome of the current
discussions, neither the put option nor the call option will be exercised.
Accordingly, pending a further announcement, shareholders are advised to
exercise caution in dealing with their Andulela shares.
