APPOINTMENT OF HENNIE PRETORIUS AS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
The Board of Pinnacle has announced the appointment of Mr Hennie Pretorius to
the Pinnacle Board as Chief Executive Officer in succession to the current Chief
Executive Officer. Wilfred Robinson will be stepping down with immediate effect
to pursue other business interests in Johannesburg.
Mr Pretorius has a proven track record in the legal, financing, and property
fields both in South Africa and Europe. He is a former partner at Edward Nathan
and holds several directorships in Europe and in South Africa. He has been
involved in many property and financing transactions both in South Africa and
Europe over the past 20 years including the successful Arabella golf estate
development in South Africa.
The Board of Pinnacle is delighted to have secured the services of someone of Mr
Pretorius`s calibre and is confident that he will lead Pinnacle to reach its
full potential.
The Board would like to thank Mr Robinson for his steady guidance and valuable
contribution to the company over the past three years.
