Posting of Brimstone`s annual report and details of the annual general
meeting
In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised as follows:
Annual report
Further to Brimstone`s reviewed results for the year ended 31 December 2008,
published on 23 February 2009, the annual report has been dispatched to
shareholders on 29 April 2009. The annual report contains no modifications
to the aforementioned published reviewed results.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the members of Brimstone will be held at 18:30
on Tuesday, 19 May 2009 at Old Mutual Business School, Presentation Room,
West Campus Building, Jan Smuts Drive, Pinelands, Cape Town to transact the
business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting forming part
of the annual report.
