CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of TCS hereby notifies its shareholders that Ms Vuyo
Zitumane ("Vuyo") has been appointed as a non-executive director with effect
from 6 May 2009.
Vuyo qualified as an attorney in 1994 and holds an MBA which she received in
2001 from Potchefstroom University Business School. Vuyo has held several senior
positions across numerous government departments including the National
Department of Public Works, Nelson Mandela Metropolitan Municipality and the
Amathole District Council. She is currently Managing Director of the Local
Government Development and Support Institute.
