DECLARATION OF A DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT ON FOUNTAINHEAD PROPERTY TRUST (FPT)-
VARIABLE STRIKE WARRANT- FPTIVB
The Directors of Fountainhead Property Trust have declared a distribution on the
30 April 2009 of 25.7 cents per unit. Due to this distribution the strike price
of the above warrant will be adjusted and the announcement thereof will be made
accordingly on the ex-distribution date, being Monday, 18 May 2009.
