TRADING UPDATE
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are
required to publish a trading update as soon as they are satisfied that a
reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the
period to be reported on will differ by 20% or more from the financial
results for the previous corresponding period.
Esor is currently finalising its results for the year ended 28 February 2009
and shareholders are advised that the directors expect the headline earnings
per share for the year then ended to increase by between 15% and 25% over
those for the previous corresponding period.
The financial information on which this trading update is based has not
been reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors.
The company`s results for the year ended 28 February 2009 are expected to
be published on SENS on or about 19 May 2009.
