Notice of annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the Company will be
held at 1 Copper Road, Phalaborwa on 10 June 2009 at 09h30 to transact the
business as stated in the notice of annual general meeting included in the
Annual Report.
No change statement
The Company published its preliminary annual financial statements for the year
ended 31 December 2008 on 2 February 2009 and distributed its Annual Report to
shareholders on Friday, 8 May 2009.
As the financial information published on 2 February 2009 is unchanged, no
abridged version of the audited financial statements is being published.
