In compliance with the requirements of rule 3.59 of the JSE Listings
requirements, Spescom advises herewith that Ms D Sinivasan has tendered her
resignation as a director and will be leaving Spescom on 31 May 2009.
The Board wishes to express its appreciation for Ms Sinivasan`s valuable
contribution to Spescom and wishes her every success in her future endeavours.
Spescom is currently seeking a suitable replacement and a further announcement
will be made on the conclusion of that process.
