Investec Enhanced Dividend Securities (EDS)
As a result of the Telkom Limited corporate action, TKGIHE will be adjusted
accordingly to leave warrant holders in an equivalent economic position as
prior to the unbundling. Please be advised the following positions are
indicative and an actual adjustment will be communicated using actual closing
prices of the unbundling shares on Monday, 18 May 2009. A final adjustment
will be released at that time.
E.g.
TKG close (18 May 2009) = 50.00
VOD close (18 May 2009) = 68.00
TKG Theoretical close (18 May 2009) = 50.00 + 68.00 = 118.00
The strike price and barrier level will be adjusted as follows:-
