APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Limited, shareholders are advised that following the resignation of Cheryl
Singh as company secretary with effect from 30 April 2009, Premium Corporate

and will remain as company secretary until a suitable permanent replacement
is appointed.
